Your tasks ##

• You support various management teams during personnel and technical bottlenecks in our branches in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
• You assist managers in carrying out apartment handovers or returns, rent changes, etc.
• You are in direct contact with our tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
• You process terminations
• You prepare and issue repair orders
• You check and post accounts payable invoices in the Basware system
• You create advertisements and help with other supporting activities for new or re-letting (e.g., property viewings)

Your profile ##

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV-Lehre) or a technical basic training (e.g., architectural draughtsman) with further training as a Technical Clerk (Technische/-r Kaufmann/-frau)
• You bring commercial professional experience, including one to two years in real estate management
• Your native language is German and you have very good correspondence skills
• You are digitally savvy and open to change
• You possess an independent and reliable way of working and bring willingness to travel and flexibility
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
