Operations Agent 100% (M/F)

Ensure the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of premises, common areas, and workspaces. Perform first-level maintenance of buildings, installations, and equipment: small repairs, adjustments, replacement of material, and reporting of malfunctions. Carry out various small maintenance and layout tasks, such as furniture assembly, small technical interventions, and restoration of spaces. Participate in the maintenance and layout of outdoor areas, ensuring their cleanliness, safety, and general good condition. Perform deliveries, errands, and transport of material or goods, as well as loading, unloading, and handling operations. Ensure the tidiness, storage, and proper organization of material and tools, while controlling their condition. Prepare and set up the premises, equipment, and materials necessary for the various activities. Provide versatile operational support to the different services according to daily needs and priorities. Ensure the general smooth functioning of the infrastructure and report any anomaly, degradation, or need for intervention. Respect and apply safety and hygiene instructions and internal procedures in all activities. Collaborate with teams and external service providers during technical or logistical interventions. Participate generally in all tasks allowing for the smooth functioning, safety, and quality of the infrastructure and workspaces.
