Baker Early Shift

We are the oldest bakery in the city of Luzern. The company is in the hands of the 5th generation and the majority shareholder FFB-Group (Migros Industrie). Bäckerei Hug looks beyond the boundaries of its bakery and wants not only to produce the best bread, croissants and fine pastries, but above all to shape a sustainable future for the company and its employees. In our bakery, we mainly produce frozen baked goods for retail and wholesale. To strengthen our team - due to an increasing order situation - we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Making doughs
• Processing dough pieces
• Making, processing and refining baked products
• Operating various production plants / ovens
• Quality assurance
• Preparatory and post-processing work
• Start of work between [time] and [time]

Your profile

• Completed training as a baker or food technologist
• Many years of professional experience in a bakery operation is an advantage
• Experience with hygiene regulations and their monitoring
• Very good German skills (at least B1)
• In an emergency, weekend work is no problem for you
