Tasks

• You ensure the operation and monitoring of the ERP application developed by Transgourmet itself and its connected systems
• The applications and processes cover both pickup and delivery wholesale
• You process disturbances and errors in the relevant applications (analysis, rectification, documentation, forwarding)
• You create and process tickets and documentation in the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• You advise and support persons in the areas of application and process handling
• You ensure the coordination of tasks between 1st Level Support and application development
• You carry out routine data cleansing work and mass mutations in the area of master data
• You create reports and checklists for specialist departments and IT (SQL)
• You support projects with your expertise
• You are willing to undertake on-call service and maintenance work outside of normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT sector or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
• You have experience in the support of ERP systems and the processes mapped within them
• It is an advantage if you are well acquainted with the specific requirements in (food) wholesale.
• You have sound SQL and database knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and high process understanding
• You are a service provider by passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
• Independent and structured working is a matter of course for you
• You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible in working hours to be able to cover the on-call service as well as occasional assignments outside of regular working hours
• Good communication skills in German, further foreign languages FR/IT an advantage
