STPS Specialist

Mission

• Accompany, advise and challenge field teams in mastering occupational health and safety risks on the group's construction sites and fixed installations
• Control and monitor occupational health and safety aspects on the group's construction sites and fixed installations, notably through internal audits
• Support site managers, foremen and team leaders in their prevention role
• Raise awareness and instruct employees on occupational health and safety issues
• Analyze causes of accidents and propose prevention measures
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our occupational health and safety concept, promote the safety culture within the company
• Participate in the service's activities related to the integrated management system

You

• Certified CFST safety officer, STPS specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent training
• Technical training in the construction or industrial sector, with a few years of experience on construction sites (CFC, site manager, technician, foremen)
• Experience in occupational health and safety in the construction sector
• Additional training in building pollutants (asbestos, PCB, PAH) or fire safety, an advantage
• Mastery of standard IT tools, knowledge of other software is an asset
• Innovative ideas, enthusiastic, as well as a good capacity for listening, adaptation and synthesis
• Team spirit while knowing how to work autonomously in the field
