Maintenance Agent / Operations Agent CFC ##

The function

The maintenance agent ensures the routine maintenance, repairs, and maintenance of the buildings, technical installations, and equipment of the EMS. He/she ensures their proper functioning as well as the safety of the infrastructure, performs the necessary checks, and reports any malfunctions.

He/she intervenes in support of the various services to meet their technical needs. The function may involve irregular working hours as well as on-call services at night and on weekends.

Your missions include notably:

• the organization and planning of maintenance;
• the preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and installations;
• the routine maintenance of buildings;
• technical assistance to residents and their relatives;
• the monitoring of installations and the performance of periodic checks;
• the diagnosis of breakdowns and the performance of necessary repairs;
• the follow-up of the maintenance of medico-technical equipment;
• the coordination of external technical and IT service providers;
• the management of material, spare parts, and technical documentation;
• participation in security measures and the information of employees;
• first-level IT assistance as well as the follow-up of IT, telephone, and audiovisual equipment;
• logistical support to the various services.

Profile sought

You meet notably the following conditions:

• CFC in a relevant technical trade or a title deemed equivalent;
• confirmed professional experience in the maintenance of buildings and technical installations; experience in an EMS or in the sanitary field is an asset;
• recognized qualification to perform work on the company's own installations in accordance with art. 13 OIBT, an asset;
• good knowledge of technical building installations and ability to diagnose malfunctions;
• knowledge of safety standards and risk prevention principles;
• good IT skills allowing for the provision of first-level assistance and the follow-up of equipment;
• adherence to the values and the institutional project of L-Association Les Châtaigniers;
• versatile, autonomous, and organized professional personality, demonstrating discernment, a sense of responsibility, and a good spirit of collaboration;
• strong interest in the field of the elderly and ability to intervene with discretion in a living space;
• availability to ensure, according to needs, irregular hours and on-call services;
• good command of French, both orally and in writing.
