To ensure existing client care and further growth, we are looking for an experienced personality as
Asset Manager/in Immobilien (80 - 100%)
Key Account Management for a Swiss pension fund
holistically manage directly held real estate investments in Switzerland with a focus on Northwest Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region
monitor and coordinate construction and development projects
completion of a degree in finance or real estate management
initial professional experience in a comparable activity or in adjacent professional fields
knowledge of rental, construction and planning law
committed personality who handles deadlines and stress situations well
communicative skill, which is brought profitably into negotiation situations with important business partners
good or improvable English skills
