Your tasks ##

• Deputy store management
• Support in personnel management and personnel planning of 15-35 employees
• Taking responsibility in the store and active support on the sales floor
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in the store
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Leadership personality, ideally paired with initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
