Your tasks:
Scheduling, leadership & coaching of approx. 6 - 8 employees per shift
Leading by example with enthusiasm for our fresh & delicious dishes
Active collaboration in the kitchen at all stations
Quality assurance at our beautiful buffet
Responsible for the precise compliance with recipes and implementation of the tibits Basics
Implementation and monitoring of quality and hygiene regulations
Ordering and goods management with Navision
