Polymechanic-Turner / Conventional and CNC Miller

Mandated by an SME from Chablais, and in order to strengthen the production workshop, we are looking for a temporary mission, a: Polymechanic-Turner / Conventional and CNC Miller Your profile: • You have a CFC as a mechanic or a polymechanic or a training deemed equivalent • You have confirmed experience in turning and milling, on conventional and/or CNC machines • You are comfortable with reading plans and using measuring devices • You have good knowledge of machining processes and cutting conditions • Knowledge in programming or use of CNC machines is an asset • You are capable of working autonomously on individual parts and/or in small series • You have work experience in a LEAN environment (a plus) • You are willing to work in a team (2*8) • You enjoy working in a group • You are a rigorous, autonomous and organized person • You demonstrate good analytical skills and initiative • You demonstrate versatility and are willing to support other sectors of the company if needed (milling, assembly, etc.). Your missions: • You prepare the tooling and equipment necessary for the realization of the parts • You perform machining operations in turning and milling, on conventional and CNC machines • You carry out setups, adjustments and production monitoring • You produce the parts and control them while respecting the deadlines and rhythms defined by management • You collaborate on the improvement of operating ranges and production methods • You participate in the first-level maintenance of production equipment • You are led to support other sectors of the company according to needs Send us without delay your complete file with your work certificates and useful attachments.
