As part of our development, we are looking for :
Housekeeper in Nursing Home M/F at 100% for Corgémont and surroundings
Housekeeper in Nursing Home M/F – CDI
Your missions :
Be the privileged interlocutor for the client on all subjects related to cleanliness and hotel services of the site
Supervise and lead the team of chambermaids and health cleaners and other employees (laundry staff…)
Welcome and train new employees at the workstation with the support if needed of the group/health sector leader
Define priorities and be the guarantor of compliance with deadlines
Produce the monthly team schedule and permanently adapt it to activity (TO/DMS)
Control the compliance and quality of services delivered :
o Ensure team follow-ups at the workstation (respect for schedules and work programs, respect for operating protocols and hygiene rules).
o Ensure field controls, visual and microbiological quality controls of premises.
o Control the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises provided by the client
o Ensure the availability of stocks (consumables, staff linen…)
o Ensure compliance with DOSIM procedures (operating protocols, choice and use of cleaning products…)
o Propose necessary corrective action plans
Manage orders for equipment and consumables
Dispatch corrective interventions to the teams
Follow the progress of client requests and ensure compliance with intervention deadlines
Ensure that our IT activity management documents are kept up to date
Manage team leave and replacement solutions
Your profile :
Your ease in human contacts allows you to quickly gain the trust of users
Thanks to your service abilities and your client orientation, you can guarantee a high-level service for a demanding clientele
You demonstrate rigor, pragmatism and curiosity, you have a sense of priorities.
Diploma from a hotel school or equivalent
Experience in a similar position within a health or hotel establishment
Proven skills in personnel management
You manage Pack Office,, operating system
