Nursing Expert / Nursing Expert Dementia 80 - 100 % Baden

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with experience in the dementia field, you will take on a responsible specialist function with a lot of creative freedom and direct influence on the quality of care in an established nursing institution in the Baden area. You will professionally and empathically accompany residents with dementia in their daily lives, strengthen your team professionally, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of modern nursing concepts. Look forward to an environment that combines humanity, professional competence, and appreciative cooperation. The position is available immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80 to 100 %.

• Professional guidance and care of residents with dementia in everyday long-term care
• Support and promotion of the team regarding professional questions in the field of dementia care
• Participation in the further development of modern nursing concepts and quality standards
• Active guidance and implementation of change processes within the nursing organization
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as relatives
• Collaboration in an environment with high professional competence and an appreciative team culture

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with additional training CAS or DAS in the field of dementia or a completed Bachelor in Nursing
• In-depth knowledge in validation and/or basal stimulation
• Experience in professional leadership or in a comparable position
• Professional experience in the long-term care sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment in the guidance and implementation of change processes
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
