We are looking for a Head of Nursing and Care / Member of the Executive Board (w/m/d) Tasks: Four team leaders and the person responsible for education, activation, specialist nursing officer, and RAI support are directly subordinate to you. Together with your employees, you implement guiding principles for person-centered nursing and care. You ensure optimal nursing and care quality according to contemporary standards as well as considering quality of life. Further development of the entire area at all levels in the form of new developments, improvements, and implementation of concepts, standards, and methods.
