Your area of responsibility:

• Processing, distribution and forwarding of incoming mail
• Ordering and management of office supplies and furniture as well as weekly goods purchasing
• Creation and processing of various forms as well as support in daily administrative business
• Reservation and preparation of meeting rooms as well as assistance in the organization and implementation of internal and external events
• Processing of accounts payable invoices as well as counting and recording the cash in the financial accounting program
• Support during employee entries and exits as well as assistance in marketing and other departments

Your profile:

• Interest in starting in commercial/administration and enjoyment of commercial activities
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French and English skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Reliable, careful and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks and the willingness to learn new things and get to know different areas
• Ability to work in a team, helpfulness and an open, communicative manner
• Good MS-Office skills and general IT affinity are an advantage
