Then you are exactly right with us! In our facility Kita ylaa Bruderholz, we are looking for an innovative and responsible personality as of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement. The Kita ylaa Bruderholz in Basel offers children from the age of three months to the second kindergarten year a pedagogically optimal family and school-supplementary childcare option. The care takes place bilingual (D/ E) at 2 locations. It belongs to the kidéal Gruppe, which offers a holistic service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 of its own facilities in the regions of Zürich, Aargau, and Basel. In the function of co-educator, you implement the kidéal philosophy together with the employees of your group. Together with the team, you place the well-being of the child at the center and ensure age-specific promotion and individual support. You will be accompanied and supported by the group leader. Co-responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
Co-responsibility for the coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the employees of your group
Support in the leadership of the group while complying with pedagogical norms and values
Professional and committed teamwork
Professional and close cooperation with the parents
Your qualifications

Diploma FaBe K or KKE (EU training only with CH recognition - BBT)
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Teamwork skills and motivation
Very good German skills
Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
