Inventory Manager / Scheduler (M/F)

Your mission: • Carry out manual and weight-based (tare) counting of small components using scales • Condition parts while respecting packaging and traceability rules (bags, labels, references, etc.) • Be able to check and detect any errors on received parts, particularly discrepancies between parts and tracking documents, such as tracking cards, and correct errors • Enter received and counted parts into the Logyplan ERP system • Participate in physical inventory of stock and work in progress • Be responsible for EB stock entries (punched parts), finishing launches, subcontracting shipments/receptions, and finished stock entries • Launch assembly machine OFs and supply their components • Launch OFs intended for assembly collaborators, with calculation according to their work rate and daily pace • Demonstrate versatility in certain scheduling tasks (batch tracking, kit anticipation/preparation, etc.) YOUR PROFILE: • You have experience in a similar position • Imperative: very good dexterity for handling small components (ideally watch components) • Imperative: experience in a production scheduler position in the watch production sector • Imperative: Experience as a stock manager in the watch sector (washing and counting parts, stock management, inventory) • You are a logical person and at ease with numbers • You are quick and precise, with a concern for ensuring good quantitative and qualitative productivity Assets: • Experience in a logistics, stock, or reception environment • Person who has already used an ERP, Logyplan would be a plus Expected qualities: • Conscientious and meticulous person • Autonomy, rigor, adaptability, and ability to implement strategies to detect and correct errors • Team spirit, mutual aid, and ease of relationships What we offer: • A modern and dynamic work environment • Prospects for development and improvement • Varied activity within a motivated team • Good working conditions and attractive social benefits
