Project Coordinator (m/f/d) 60 – 100%

Do you accompany projects from the offer to the final invoice and maintain an overview even when things get hectic? Then this position is right for you!

Your area of responsibility

• You process projects and customer orders in the ERP system and coordinate closely with the project managers
• You create offers, record component and assembly lists including descriptions of special items, and sketch special parts if necessary
• You order material, create setup sheets for the warehouse, and monitor timely delivery. In case of shortages, you coordinate with project management and purchasing
• You prepare the post-calculation, create customer invoices, and store the order documents completely in the ERP system

Your profile

• You have a basic technical or manual training which you have furthered in the commercial and/or technical field. Alternatively, you have commercial training and a good technical understanding
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in production planning in interior design or shopfitting
• You have experience in handling the building materials wood and metal
• You are confident in using ERP systems (Borm is an advantage) and common MS Office applications
• You have a very good command of the German language in spoken and written form. French and English skills are an advantage
• You work in a structured, careful, and quality-conscious manner and adhere to processes and work instructions
