The KHT is an institution with 31 places for children and adolescents between 6 and max. 25 years and offers:

Heartfelt commitment to high-quality work motivates you. You enjoy designing pedagogical learning and development fields with skill. In cooperation with the families of origin and the helper network, you actively support your colleagues. In the team, you take on responsible department-specific tasks.

From December 2026 or by arrangement, we have a position to fill in one of our residential groups:

Social Pedagogue 80%

• You are able to build and maintain professional and personally sustainable relationships with children and adolescents and to accompany their individual and independent development.
• You joyfully design development-promoting living environments for and with the children and adolescents and are able to respond appropriately to their individual and intersectionality-specific issues in the pedagogical context.
• You want to contribute to the development process of the Kinderhaus.

For the demanding work with children and adolescents with special biographies, you bring training in social pedagogy or social work. You are a proven specialist and have professional experience in the inpatient sector as well as in working in and with complex family systems.
