Our client desires

• Completed technical vocational training in metal processing
• Further education in a professional or leadership-related field is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in surface treatment or in a comparable manufacturing environment
• Ideally experience in the Swiss MEM industry
• Several years of leadership experience and joy in the development of employees
• Sound understanding of industrial production and processing processes
• Experience in the planning, control, and optimization of production processes
• Good IT skills
• Experience in dealing with production planning or PPS systems
• Strong leadership competence and a confident appearance
