Your tasks ###

• Independent processing of export orders including customs and shipping documentation
• Creation of delivery notes, freight papers, as well as all relevant export documents
• Coordination and communication with customers, freight forwarders, and internal specialist departments
• Schedule monitoring and ensuring smooth shipping processes
• Participation in the continuous improvement of export processes

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in export or in international logistics desirable
• Sound knowledge in customs and shipping processing
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Team-oriented, communicative, and service-conscious
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems
