With over 90 sites in Switzerland, AMAG Retail is the local partner for our customers. We manage the AMAG garages, the Carrosserie Centers and the Occasions Centers, for a reliable and personalized service. To strengthen our AMAG Villeneuve team, we are looking for a Conseiller service après-vente carrosserie (F/H) 100% to fill a position immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments until the vehicle is handed over, while maintaining active relationships.
• Genuine link between our customers and the bodywork workshop: you advise, plan interventions and ensure an impeccable customer experience at every stage of the file.
• Expert in offers: You will develop offers that meet the requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of the vehicles, and manage workshop orders with professionalism.
• Mobility champion: You will create a convivial atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for mobility.

Your profile ##

• Carrossier-tôlier CFC training (F/H)
• Solid commercial knowledge
• Several years of professional experience as a sales consultant an asset
• Confident, well-groomed presentation and impeccable manners
• High sense of service, taste for communication and willingness to commit
• In-depth computer knowledge an asset
• Good knowledge of German and English an asset
• Category B driver's license
