In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the boutique. You will lead your team with clarity, presence, and by example, creating a motivating and performance-oriented work environment and ensuring the consistent implementation of company and brand standards.

Job Description

Your Responsibility

• Leadership, motivation, and targeted development of the boutique team
• Clear goal setting, regular coaching, and consistent performance management
• Responsibility for turnover, sales targets, and relevant KPIs
• Analysis of business development and derivation of concrete measures
• Ensuring first-class service and consulting quality
• Recruitment, onboarding, and development of new employees
• Ensuring efficient processes and smooth operations within the boutique
• Responsibility for stock, inventory, and reporting

Desired Profile

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position
• Strong leadership qualities and proven experience in the successful management and development of teams
• Inspiring personality with natural authority, empathy, and assertiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong sales and results orientation
• Confident handling of KPIs and a strong understanding of commercial contexts
• High level of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Professional appearance as well as very good communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent German/Swiss German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
