What you ideally bring with you Higher education in the field of communication or marketing (Bachelor) and/or training in Mediamatik Sound experience in social media management and communication Confident handling of digital communication tools Knowledge in storytelling, text, photography, video production and graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud) Bilingual (d/f) or very good knowledge of both languages About us The Zentrale Informationsdienst is responsible on an organizational level for the entire communication of the city of Biel. As the official communication office, it highlights what makes Biel special as a place to live, work and have leisure time. It advises the Gemeinderat and the administration, coordinates communication via various channels and is the contact point for the media. In particular, it manages the website and the social media channels. It is also responsible for the compliance and further development of the corporate design.
