These are your tasks

• Planning and coordination of internal and external personnel development measures
• Selection and evaluation of suitable training providers
• Advising and supporting employees and managers in development matters
• Creation and optimization of training materials and concepts
• Conducting training sessions and moderation of trainings
• Conception and implementation of the annual personnel development program
• Participation in HR projects and concepts in the field of personnel development

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with completed further education in HR (HR-Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Very good MS Office skills as well as sound experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and exact way of working with strong organizational talent
• Service-oriented personality with high quality awareness
