Job Description

As Laboratory Manager, you will report to the Head of Quality.

Your main mission will be to lead and organize all activities of the Watchmaking Laboratory in order to contribute to the quality, reliability, and performance of the products.

In this context, you will be in charge of :

• Managing the qualification activities of new products
• Guaranteeing the adequacy between the workload, capacities, testing means, and available skills by ensuring the versatility of each person
• Providing technical and analytical support to the departments and other sectors of activity of the company, by actively participating in internal meetings and continuous improvement processes
• Collecting and analyzing customer and internal product issues
• Proposing suitable solutions and contributing to the securing of future developments
• Participating in the definition and evolution of product criteria in order to meet the Group's quality requirements, notably by participating in the research and development of new measuring devices and specific tooling

Qualifications

• You hold a HES Engineer degree (engineering / microtechniques / watchmaking) or a training deemed equivalent
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in the watchmaking field.
• Possessing a unifying spirit, you demonstrate leadership and enjoy cross-functional exchanges
• Dynamic, you are proactive, demonstrate organization, and possess a developed analytical mind
