Internal Sales Administrator 100% (a)

• Independent processing and coordination of customer orders from order to delivery including the creation of export documents
• Processing of customer inquiries within the scope of responsibility
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality specifications within your own area of responsibility
• Close coordination with Key Account Management, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and other departments
• Support in the resolution of problem cases and complaints
• Commercial basic training and experience in internal sales mandatory
• Experience in export is an advantage
• High affinity for operating systems as well as a strong understanding of processes
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office user skills
• Proficient German as well as good English skills
