Samsic Emploi is recruiting Nurses (M/F) for temporary missions with its reference partners in home care in the Lausanne region. Your mission Within multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the global care of beneficiaries at their homes. Thanks to your expertise, you contribute to the maintenance of their autonomy and the quality of the care provided. In this capacity, you will be required to: Evaluate the needs of beneficiaries and plan nursing care. Perform technical care and prescribed treatments in compliance with good practices. Ensure clinical follow-up of patients and adapt interventions according to the evolution of their health status. Coordinate care with various stakeholders (doctors, ASSC, health assistants and other professionals). Advise, accompany and support beneficiaries as well as their relatives. Guarantee rigorous traceability of care and ensure transmissions in the computerized care file. Ensure compliance with care protocols, hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Your profile Bachelor HES in nursing, ES nursing diploma or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. Experience in home care is a real asset. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and an excellent sense of responsibility. You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team. You are able to manage priorities and make decisions autonomously. You are comfortable with IT tools and care documentation. Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable for travel between homes.
