Regional Manager Central Switzerland-South 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• You define all necessary measures to achieve the qualitative and quantitative goals in your area
• Operative leadership in the area of responsibility
• Support of insurance companies in your own area
• Active participation in the search for suitable locations
• Market observation as well as analysis of competitor activities
• Complaint management

Your profile:

• Sound sales and leadership training with corresponding practical experience, ideally you also possess technical understanding in the vehicle sector
• Further education in General Management or business administration at HF level
• You know how to convince with your personality and your social competence and to create a climate of trust
• Good communication and motivation skills
• Place of residence in the assigned regions
• Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form
