For an employee-led consulting, management, and planning company with a nationwide presence in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (female or male) for the branch in Zürich-Wiedikon, starting immediately or by arrangement. The workload is 80 - 100 %.

In this function, you will advise and represent clients across all project phases. You develop the project strategy, define goals and requirements, steer and monitor planning and realization, and accompany the transition into operation. The portfolio includes diverse renovation and new construction projects in structural engineering. Additionally, you acquire new clients and projects and maintain existing relationships. Language competence is specifically utilized in multilingual mandates.

We are looking for a locally anchored personality with a university degree as an architect, civil engineer, or comparable qualification. Experience in client advisory and client representation in structural engineering is central. An existing network with clients, authorities, planners, and other actors in the construction and real estate industry is expected and should be actively further developed. Additional specializations from practice or continuing education are an advantage.

You work in a service-oriented, independent manner and simultaneously within a networked, process-oriented team. A partnership-based demeanor towards customers, quick comprehension, and proficient German in speaking and writing are prerequisites. French, Italian, and English are an advantage.
