For the next winter season starting from 2 December or by agreement until 21.04.2027 or longer if desired, we are looking to complete our Mühle service team: committed and team-oriented service employees m/f

Our profile

• Rustic family-run house with charm and personal atmosphere in the Valais style. Very busy à la carte restaurant with a loyal international clientele in a prime location.

The restaurant has 60 indoor seats, an après-ski bar on the terrace in winter, and 30 terrace seats in summer. Three double rooms, for which we serve breakfast in the morning, are also located in our establishment. Our menu offers simple Swiss cuisine dishes, creations of various classic seasonal and regional specialties as well as beef tartare prepared at the table to chateaubriand. Our demanding international customers in winter are served just as well as the simple hiker who visits our house in summer to relax. The offer is complemented by a large selection of selected Valais wines.

Our Mühle team consists of 15 people distributed as follows: two people in management, six in the kitchen, two housekeepers/buffet as well as four service employees and one service/buffet multi-skilled worker.

Your profile

• You have training in gastronomy and/or have already acquired professional experience in service. With your confidence and warm radiance, you enthusiasm our customers and you feel comfortable even in stressful situations. You are used to working independently. It is an advantage to also speak French, in addition to German and English.
• We offer modern employment conditions in a dynamic team, studios available. (According to the Swiss collective bargaining agreement for gastronomy) Five-day week.
