For our residential offers for people with brain injuries in the canton of St. Gallen, we are looking for an empathetic, responsible, and motivated personality who enjoys a versatile activity in the field of care and nursing.

Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting our clients in everyday life, during leisure activities, appointments, and daily structure
• Individual promotion of independence and participation in social life
• Taking over caregiving and nursing tasks
• Support during meals
• Reference person work and individual accompaniment of clients
• Observing, reflecting, and documenting developments and problem areas
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists
• Collaboration on organizational and administrative tasks
• Responsibility for cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Participation in working groups and in the further development of quality
• Instruction and accompaniment of learners, interns, volunteers, and civil service workers
• Shift responsibility after appropriate introduction
• Medication management as well as implementation of simple medical measures after introduction

• Completed vocational training EFZ
• Joy in working with people and strong empathy
• Sense of responsibility as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Good powers of observation and ability to reflect
• Ability to handle conflict and team spirit
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
