Machine Setter and Product Coordinator Small Batch Production w/m/d (100%)
Your area of responsibility
Setting up, converting and starting up production machines and systems
Ensuring a smooth production process during the ongoing shift
Monitoring process parameters as well as optimizing machine settings
Schedule monitoring and tracking of delivery dates in close coordination with planning and production management
Coordination and instruction of employees on the line / in the team
Support and training of employees in handling machines and workflows
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene guidelines
Carrying out initial controls and participation in quality assurance processes
Rectifying minor malfunctions as well as supporting maintenance work
Feedback on production key figures and deviations
Your profile
Completed technical or manual training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic or similar)
Experience in setting up and operating production systems
Good knowledge of production processes and workflows
Understanding of quality assurance and occupational safety
Leadership and assertiveness skills
Organizational skills and a structured way of working
High level of personal responsibility and reliability
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Resilience and flexibility (shift operation)
Experience in employee leadership or as a line supervisor
Knowledge of ERP or production planning systems
