Your tasks - responsibility with scope for creativity ##

• Responsibility for the maintenance, further development, and monitoring of the quality and management system (ISO 9001) as well as ensuring norm-compliant documentation
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of business, production, and quality processes
• Processing of complaints, quality deviations, as well as conducting root cause analyses and sustainable improvement measures (incl. site visits)
• Planning, moderation, and maintenance of FMEA as well as conducting risk analyses for products, processes, and projects
• Support of supplier management including complaint management, 8D reports, and initial sampling (EMPB)
• Quality-technical support for development, investment, and optimization projects as well as introduction of new products and processes
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits as well as support during certification, customer, and supplier audits
• Promotion of the continuous improvement process (KVP) and active participation in sustainable corporate development

Your profile - what you bring with you ##

• Technical or commercial basic training with further training in quality management (e.g., Quality Manager, Quality Specialist, CAS/DAS Quality Management or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in the quality management of a manufacturing company
• Experience in project management as well as in the support of product and process development projects
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 as well as experience with other management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001 an advantage)
• Practice in conducting internal and external audits
• Experience in the application of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, KVP, and Lean Management
• Strong analytical skills as well as competence in root cause analyses and sustainable problem solving
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form
