Team Leader Finance 80 - 100% (m/f/d) Here you can make a difference You lead your finance team and ensure smooth processes in daily business – from invoicing to closings. You are responsible for the payroll accounting as well as the relevant social insurance processes and are a competent contact person for employees regarding questions about wage and insurance topics. You keep quality, compliance and legal requirements in view. You create evaluations and key figures, support budget and controlling topics and prepare decision-making bases for the laboratory management. You recognize potential for improvement, optimize processes and actively participate in projects related to digitalization. What you bring with you You have an adequate education in the financial sector (e.g. federal diploma in fiduciary) and bring several years of experience in financial and payroll accounting. You know the accounting and social insurance topics and move confidently in this environment. You like to take on responsibility, work independently and lead your team with foresight. You are a solution-oriented personality who communicates openly, have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as very good knowledge of an ERP and MS-Excel.
