Your tasks
Our secretariat team with 8 employees is the calling card of our company. As the first point of contact for our customers as well as the interface to internal areas and external partners, this team holds an important significance. Motivated, you assist our insured parties on the telephone, take care of incoming mail, advise our customers on support inquiries for our customer portal, and help to ensure expeditious AVOR. You are a sociable, communicative, and cheerful personality.
You offer us
Commercial basic training and/or
Experience telephone switchboard/reception/customer portal
Quick comprehension and interest in the healthcare system
Oral French skills
Oral Italian skills are an advantage
