Your tasks

• You develop a thesis (monograph or research articles) in the fields of corporate governance, board of directors management or company law.
• You participate in practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications.
• Supervision of student work completes your field of activity.
• You support the design, implementation and evaluation of our continuing education offers.
• You have the possibility to acquire initial experience in teaching.

Your profile

• You have an excellent university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) related to the subject.
• Admission already obtained for the thesis at a university is an advantage.
• You have an interest and ideally practical or research experience in the fields of corporate governance, board of directors management or company law.
• Your proven specialized and methodological skills as well as your excellent analytical abilities facilitate your integration.
• You communicate easily in German and English.
