Sales Back Office Clerk MEDIA & AIDC (m/f/d)

100% | Hinwil ZH | Presence at the location | Start by agreement

What we offer:

Your tasks:

• Technical and commercial customer support in the back office, occasionally at the customer's site
• Purchasing, sales, and distribution of all MEDIA consumables (labels, thermal transfer ribbons, hot stamping foils, inks, ink cartridges, solvent) including complete order management and processing
• Quotation and order processing for AIDC products: label printers, color label printers, labeling software, and barcode scanners
• Schedule monitoring, order tracking before and after delivery, troubleshooting
• Technical and commercial clarifications with customers and suppliers, including tests
• Presentations and product demonstrations as well as assistance at trade fairs and conferences
• Master data maintenance, correspondence, telephone switchboard, deputy in reception service

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in technical sales back office or B2B sales support
• Technical flair – industry experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office, precise way of working
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French and/or English is an advantage
• Short commuting distance to our Hinwil location is an advantage
