Pflegefachperson HF in night shift (m/f/d) 50 - 70% Zentrum für Erwachsenenpsychiatrie Akut Station Park C offers adults between the 18th and 60th years of age, support and help in mental crisis and stress situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapeutic elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu therapeutic factors. Your tasks Your core tasks include the individual, professional care and support of patients during the night. You provide security on the ward and, in cooperation with the doctors on duty, can manage crises professionally. You use nursing diagnostics as a work instrument, support the implementation of individual care and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward.
