D2 private ward with a treatment focus on psychotherapy

The therapy offering on this private ward is aimed at patients with depression, burnout and stress crises, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, sleep disorders as well as psychosomatic complaints. In addition to a high therapeutic quality of treatment, with a focus on psychotherapeutic offerings, patients are offered a courteous and well-maintained atmosphere. The therapy spectrum also includes, in addition to ergo- and physiotherapy, complementary medical offerings as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close cooperation with the case therapist within the key person system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterized by a respectful basic attitude and the careful cultivation of interpersonal relationships.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for nursing development and monitoring of nursing quality
• Supporting the ward management in leadership tasks
• Representing the ward management in their absence
• Participation in specialist working groups and projects
• the individual nursing and care of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key person work and in consultation with the core team
• leading individual discussions, group offerings and reports
• the coordination as well as planning of treatment in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
• the support of patients in crisis situations

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in nursing at HF / FH level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in leadership tasks and developing the ward further together with the management?
