Job Description

• You inspire your customers with personal, competent and holistic advice regarding health, life, asset and corporate insurance.
• You analyze individual needs, develop suitable pension and insurance solutions and accompany your customers long-term in important financial decisions.
• You specifically expand existing customer relationships, strengthen trust and recognize additional needs in order to create sustainable added value with suitable cross-selling and upselling offers.
• You acquire new customers through your own initiative, personal commitment and your network and continuously develop your customer base.
• You conduct confident and goal-oriented advisory meetings - personally, by telephone or via digital channels - and convince with your professional appearance and your solution orientation.
• You independently create individual offers, professionally accompany your customers until the conclusion and ensure reliable and timely follow-up processing.

Desired Profile

• You possess a completed certificate as a VBV insurance intermediary, profile «Allbranche», and bring sound knowledge in insurance consultancy.
• You communicate with style, persuasively and appropriately to the target group in German. Further language skills are an advantage.
• You are characterized by high self-motivation, perseverance and a strong customer and service orientation.
• You appear professional, confident and sympathetic and know how to convince people with your advice and your sales skills.
• Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships gives you pleasure and motivates you to be sustainably successful.
