Gardener - Foreperson with leadership responsibility

Activities

• Lead and coordinate a small team of 2 to 3 employees
• Analyze construction plans and realize projects on schedule
• Plan workflows and material requirements together with site managers
• Organize and ensure just-in-time deliveries
• Communicate on-site with project managers, architects, and clients and answer technical questions
• Requirements
• Completion as a landscape gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a foreperson in a landscaping company of at least 5 years
• Confident handling of reading construction plans
• Fluent German skills for smooth communication
• Technical understanding of construction site processes and requirements
