Engineer for Commissioning and Qualification

For international projects in pharmaceutical plant engineering, we are looking for a hands-on oriented Commissioning & Qualification Engineer. You will support experienced CQEs directly at the customer site and perform operational IQ/OQ and qualification work on pharmaceutical equipment.

Hard Facts

• Start: Immediately or by arrangement, at the latest within 2 months
• Duration: Initially 6 months, extension or later permanent employment possible
• Workload: 100%, 40 hours per week
• Location: Europe, currently mainly Belgium
• Working model: 100% travel, mostly 2 weeks on-site, followed by traveling home
• Expenses: Travel, accommodation, and approved project expenses will be covered

Your tasks

• Execution and documentation of IQ/OQ tests
• Working according to existing test plans and templates
• Execution and support of calibrations
• Ventilation, HVAC, and cleanroom qualifications
• GMP-compliant documentation of test results
• Practical work on pharmaceutical plants and isolators
• Collaboration with an experienced Lead CQE on-site

Your profile

• Around 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Practical experience with IQ/OQ or equipment qualification
• Knowledge in calibration, HVAC, cleanroom, or plant qualification
• German at least B2 as well as good English skills
• Technical training or corresponding further education is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and physical resilience
• Readiness for Europe-wide assignments and occasional additional hours

Isolator experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. What is decisive is your practical GMP experience, reliable documentation, and the willingness to work directly on the plants.

Before the first customer assignment, you will complete a one-week training in the Basel region. Successfully passing the subsequent exam is a prerequisite for the project assignment.
