Job Description

On behalf of our client, an independent Swiss private bank specializing in wealth management for a demanding private and institutional clientele, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst at 100%.

In this cross-functional role, you will intervene in three key areas: data and analysis, communications, and document management. In close collaboration with business teams, IT, and external providers, you will collect and formalize requirements, define priorities, and drive the implementation of suitable solutions.

You will also support projects from their scoping to their production launch and actively contribute to the simplification and digitalization of the bank's processes.

Main Missions

• Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities relating to data and analysis.
• Translate business needs into data products and value-creating use cases.
• Improve data quality and governance, develop self-service analysis, and lead automation, artificial intelligence, and predictive analysis initiatives.
• Manage communication tools and journeys with clients: emails, SMS, digital channels, and notifications integrated into applications.
• Supervise the intranet as well as tools supporting commercial campaigns and content.
• Drive activities related to document management, archiving, dematerialization, electronic signature, and the digitalization of paper forms and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, prioritize the backlog, and define suitable solutions with business teams, IT, and external suppliers.
• Support projects from their scoping to their production launch.
• Monitor developments and coordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, deliverables, and training.
• Identify and coordinate the human, financial, and technical resources necessary for the realization of the assigned projects.
• Ensure clear reporting on progress, priorities, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Lead project committees and contribute to various governance bodies.
• Improve, simplify, and digitalize processes and user journeys.
• Manage relationships with users, clients, and external providers.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• University Master's degree, diploma from an engineering school or a business school, or training deemed equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience in the private banking or asset management sector.
• Excellent cross-functional knowledge of the businesses and functions of a private bank.
• Mastery of agile methods and the ability to integrate them into daily work practices, notably Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, establish priorities, and define clear objectives.
• Excellent analytical, formalization, and communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit and ease in interactions with business, technical, and external interlocutors.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
