To ensure the operational readiness of its state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 standard manufacturing at the Lenzburg location, we are looking for a technically skilled specialist for the area of spare parts logistics and warehousing.

Job Description ##

As a Technical Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure operational readiness and warehousing, you play a central role in guaranteeing the availability of spare parts and consumables, thereby ensuring smooth production.

• Analysis and maintenance of plant- and system-specific spare parts lists to ensure short- and medium-term operational readiness
• Administration and documentation of spare parts, tools, and consumables within the area of responsibility
• Cost-optimized procurement of spare parts and consumables via relevant systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
• Organization and execution of short-term spare parts procurement, including courier trips (also to nearby foreign countries)
• Maintenance of master data in the warehouse management systems as well as quality assurance of incoming spare parts before storage
• Optimization of the spare parts and consumables inventory with regard to cost and availability
• Maintenance of interfaces to internal and external service providers
• Compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection regulations

We expect ##

• Completed training in the electrical-mechanical field, ideally with additional qualification in the area of maintenance (e.g., polymechanic, technical fitter)
• Experience in spare parts logistics and warehousing
• Sound knowledge of order processing systems (SAP, Ariba) and solid user knowledge in MS Office, ERP, and MES systems
• Good German skills (C1) and English skills (B1) in spoken and written form
• Willingness for unplanned, short-term assignments outside of regular working hours (no on-call service)
• Driving license class B and own car
