What you will accomplish

• You assume responsibility for the management and results for the Altstätten branch, strongly anchored locally, as well as for the subordinate Oberriet branch. You implement the commercial strategy in the region through targeted market activities.
• You have the overall responsibility for 28 employees and directly lead the corporate client team in Altstätten composed of 5 employees.
• You manage your own portfolio of corporate clients in the areas of financing, investment, and retirement planning, offering your clients first-class advice and attentive follow-up.
• The development of existing client relationships as well as the acquisition of new relationships are also part of your tasks.
• You participate actively in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, demonstrations, etc.) and represent the bank to the public.

What you bring

• You have a higher banking or economic education.
• You have long experience in management and, thanks to your great social competence, you enjoy leading a high-performance team.
• You have several years of experience in client advisory, especially in the corporate client segment, as well as in-depth knowledge in the areas of financing, investment, and retirement planning.
• You like to assume responsibilities and shape them, you are communicative, think entrepreneurially, act autonomously, and distinguish yourself by your negotiation skills as well as your sales and closing strength.
• You possess good knowledge of regional and local market conditions and are well connected accordingly.
