For a renowned hospital in Zürich, we are looking for a highly qualified and resilient Operation Technology Specialist HF or a Dipl. Nurse FA OP (80-100%) who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment with emergency operations, complex surgical procedures, and special operations.

Your tasks: {#h-ihre-aufgaben}

• Preparation and assistance during acute emergency operations, including trauma surgery, trauma care, and life-saving procedures
• Coordination and instrumentation during highly complex surgical procedures in specialized areas such as cardiac, neuro, and transplant surgery
• Provision and verification of special surgical instruments, implants, and medical devices for individual patient requirements
• Ensuring sterile and aseptic working conditions as well as monitoring compliance with all surgical safety regulations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with anesthesia, intensive care medicine, and emergency teams for optimal patient care
• Rapid adaptation to unexpected surgical situations and close communication with the operating surgical team

Your profile: {#h-ihr-profil}

• Completed training as Operation Technology Specialist HF or Dipl. Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Several years of experience in the surgical field, ideally in emergency medicine or special surgery
• Ability to work efficiently and with concentration in a fast-paced and challenging surgical environment
• High resilience and professional handling of stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills and communication strength in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills are an advantage
