To strengthen our Business Support team, we are looking for an independent, committed, and service-oriented personality as Employee Business Support Front-Desk (w/m/d) starting autumn 2026 or by arrangement.

What awaits you? ##

• First point of contact for customers at the counter
• Providing customers with initial information about basic products (e.g., cards) and accompanying them with digital Raiffeisen apps
• Managing ATMs
• Triaging customer requests and forwarding them to the responsible person
• Processing customer orders and supporting advisors with order processing (e.g., cards, accounts, and securities)

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed commercial training and/or professional experience in a commercial activity
• Banking experience or willingness to complete training modules in banking
• Willingness, in addition to the main workplace Küblis, to work at the branches (Schiers, Klosters, and Davos)
• Digital affinity
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a competent and professional appearance
• Flexibility, self-organization, and networked thinking
• Even in a lively environment, you maintain an overview and act independently
• Interest in special responsibilities and participation in projects within the team
