Specialist for AVOR and Sales Back Office

For our client, we are looking for a committed, independent, young personality (w/m/d) as Specialist for AVOR and Sales Back Office ### Tasks • Create and maintain production orders for production • Draw up parts lists • Conduct technical feasibility clarification • Process customer inquiries and orders • Create offers and order confirmations • Support the field service in customer care • Record and maintain master data in the ERP system • Evaluate the post-calculation of executed orders • Monitor and plan production processes • Close cooperation with the sales and production team • Prepare data for drawings and CAD data • Customer care and consulting in cooperation with the sales team Requirements • You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, production mechanic or similar • at least 3 years of professional experience • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Experience in AVOR and, if possible, experience in drawing with CAD programs (HiCAD, Solid Works or similar). • ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage) • Knowledge of programming laser systems and bending presses an advantage (BySoft CAM) • Ability to read and understand technical drawings • You have a good visual and spatial imagination • German/Swiss German is your mother tongue If you are interested in this position?
