Your tasks

• As a planning/construction coordinator, you perform the following tasks:
• You are responsible for planning and construction coordination involving internal and external contact persons (such as ewl, ckw, real, city-internal specialist departments, etc.).
• You bear responsibility for the management of the planning and construction coordination platforms (first-level support, user training).
• Involving external and internal contact persons, you conduct consultations on upcoming planning and construction projects.
• You maintain proactive and close cooperation with the overall coordination of thermal networks.
• As a specialist for building permits, you perform the following tasks:
• You assess building applications formally and substantively from the perspective of civil engineering, applying standards, laws, and regulations, and ensure the internal consultation process.
• You grant concessions for the use of public land.
• You are the contact person for building law questions and concerns.
• You participate actively in projects and working groups and occasionally take over the management of smaller sub-projects.
• You create mutations and easement contracts.
• The management and administration of applications such as GemDat are your responsibility.

Your profile

• You have basic training and further education in the field of construction (structural or civil engineering draughtsperson, building administrator, or similar).
• You have advanced knowledge of construction, planning, or administrative law and bring a sound technical understanding of construction.
• You are decisive and can quickly form a well-founded opinion, which you successfully represent externally.
• You are a communicative personality with a confident appearance and negotiation skills.
• Based on your experience (work or study experience), you recognize complex planning and construction processes early and approach them in a solution-oriented manner.
• Your way of working is characterized by diligence as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
• Networked thinking comes easily to you and you approach your tasks in a solution- and goal-oriented manner.
• You bring initiative and work successfully both independently and in a team.
• You act at eye level, always strive for sustainable coordination of projects and construction sites, and bring an affinity for financial topics.
