Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the stage-appropriate training of AGS and FAGE apprentices as well as HF students
• Independent planning and implementation of learning support
• Taking over day-to-day responsibility on the ward
• Active support and promotion of independence in the residents' daily life organization
• Maintaining the electronic nursing documentation with RAISoft

Your profile

• Training as Pflegefachperson HF
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Vocational trainer course or SVEB 1 is an advantage or willingness to complete these further training courses
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment in promoting young talent
• Pedagogical skill
• Leadership qualities and organizational talent
• Ability to work in a team
